Detachment 1, C Company, 5-159th Air Ambulance out of Phoenix, hoists two members of special forces into a UH-60 Black Hawk May 14, at Meteor Crater located 20 miles west of Winslow, Ariz. The joint personnel recovery exercise, which was in support of exercise Angel Thunder, extracted five personnel from the bottom of the crater as the helicopter hovered 100 feet above the ground.
