An Iraqi services a non-tactical vehicle at an Iraqi-owned and operated business in the Iraqi-Based Industrial Zone on Joint Base Balad on Oct. 19. I-BIZ is a designated secure area on a coalition base where a variety of Iraqi businesses can operate, and the Indiana National Guard spearheaded the I-BIZ effort at Joint Base Balad.
