The Coast Guard rescued two people and one dog off the northern area of Grizzly Bay near Suisun City, Calif., Friday, May 9, 2014. The rescue crew safely hoisted both survivors and their dog, Pritzie, into the helicopter. They were then transported to Concord Airport where they were greeted by family members.
