Col. Gareth F. Brandl, commanding officer of 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and the oldest Marine present at a traditional Marine Corps birthday cake-cutting ceremony, gives the youngest Marine, Lance Cpl. Marines with 22nd MEU and Sailors from USS Bataan were in New York to support Veterans Day and Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum reopening.
