Sgt. Ken Scar, a journalist assigned to the 7th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, plays the role of a married woman raped by three men at her place of work, during a quarterly SHARP training class held April 24 at the Oveta Culp Hobby Soldier and Family Readiness Center here. Scar follows his character’s story from trial testimony and support groups to eventually finding closure for what happened to her. In the group discussion following the class everyone shared the lessons they learned. The intent of the class is to familiarize Soldiers with the whole process of SHARP.
