Chapman, native of Gardner, Mass., and amphibious assault vehicle crew chief with 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., tees off while playing in a golf scramble at the Fort Lauderdale Country Club in Plantation, Fla., April 29. Marines and Sailors from the USS New York (LPD 21) participated in the golf scramble as part of a military appreciation event during Fleet Week Port Everglades 2014.
