Cpl. Arron M. Stephens, 27, a former personal trainer, spends his free time lifting weights in the gym and helping other Marines with their exercise programs and nutrition. Stephens, an administrative clerk for Headquarters and Service Company, Task Force 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, has been using the knowledge he gained to become a certified personal trainer to help Marines get themselves in shape during the battalion's deployment to Iraq.
