McGann is responsible for robot operation during EOD missions and ammunition accountability. The Molalla, Ore. native, is deployed from the 627th Civil Engineering Squadron, Joint Base Lewis-McCord, Wash. More than 1,200 Operation Enduring Freedom Airmen are deployed in Joint Expeditionary Tasking and Individual Augmentee-status to conduct non-traditional Air Force missions with joint-service partners throughout Afghanistan.
