The Coast Guard seeks information on a 16-foot Hobie Cat sailing vessel found adrift 1.3 nautical miles south of Gulfport Harbor, Miss., April 16, 2014. Coast Guard Station Gulfport towed the vessel back to station and is awaiting further information.
