Muniem, the director for Electrical, Mechanical, and Engineering, during a tour of the Alpha Company, 39th Brigade Support Battalion maintenance facility, Oct. 21, 2008. Muniem was looking at how the U.S. Army provides maintenance operations in an effort to create improvements in Iraqi army maintenance.
