Senior Airman Kevin DeWitt, 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron Viper team member, peers through binoculars as the Explosive Ordinance Disposal team destroys unexploded ordnance found on a routine patrol on Oct. 22, 2008 at an air base in Southwest Asia. The Viper teams patrol the area outside of the base for UXO's and interact with the local population to ensure a relationship with the host nation remains strong. Airman DeWitt is deployed from Andrews Air Force Base, Md., and hails from Marquette, Mich.
