Kindergarteners in an after school program at Sunrise Elementary School in Aurora, Colo., give high fives to veterans during the school's Veterans Day parade on Oct. 17, 2008. Current members of the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, from Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., lined a sidewalk to show support for the students, and also judged the patriotic event.
