A gentleman holds the dog tag of a fallen Marine as part of a memorial for the Marines of 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, who gave their lives in the Battle of Ramadi during an annual memorial ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 6, 2014. The ceremony was held to honor the 10-year anniversary of the Battle of Ramadi, one of the most significant battles of the war in Iraq. The Marines and Sailors of 2nd Bn., 4th Marines, honored their fallen brothers by placing 34 Purple Heart Medals at the base of Regimental Combat Team 5s Operation Iraqi Freedom Memorial Plaque.
