U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Shuler, an aircraft maintenance supervisor with the 351st Aviation Support Battalion, S.C. Army National Guard and U.S. Army 1st Sgt. Kenneth Caldwell, First Sergeant Company A, 2-149 Aviation, S.C. Army National Guard, work with the Colombian aviation members to teach them about preparing a UH-60 Black Hawk to load onto a cargo aircraft. An aviation team of three subject matter experts from the S.C. Army National Guard is in the Republic of Colombia in support of the State Partnership Program sponsored by the S.C. National Guard, sharing experience and technical ideas between the countries April 1-7, 2014.
