More than 25 media representatives attended the Exercise Flintlock 2014 closing ceremony in Niamey, Niger March 9, 2014. Brig. U.S. Africa Command Deputy Commander U.S. Marine Lt. Gen. Steven A. Hummer and U.S. Army Brig. Gen. James B.
