Olvera, a water treatment specialist from San Bernardino, Calif., assigned to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, and Soldiers from the 1st Special Troops Battalion celebrated an iftar dinner with a local community leader, Dr. Muayad Hamed.
