Sgt. Devin Penner plays the keyboard during a concert at the Lincoln Center in Manhattan on March 8. Penner, a native of Red Bluff, Calif., is a pianist for the Quantico Marine Band at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. The Marine Corps Jazz Ensemble is performing at several high schools and universities in the Greater New York City and Boston areas with exceptional music programs to promote the Corps’ Musician Enlistment Option Program.
