Col. Scott Jackson, commander, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans,” 3rd Infantry Division, addresses all in attendance for the 2nd ABCT’s first Female to Female mentorship event here at Club Stewart, Feb. 28. The F2F mentorship program was started as a Division initiative last month, with the intention of providing female soldiers within the 3rd ID the opportunity to expand their mentor base, while improving resiliency, enhancing knowledge, and reducing isolation.
