Soldiers with 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), stand in line to be fitted with the new Tactical Communications and Protective System hearing device Feb. 21 at the Kinnard Mission Training Complex here. The TCAPS device is designed to provide soldiers with active hearing protection while allowing them to maintain situational awareness on the battlefield.
