Navy Hospital Corpsman Second Class Cory Hopper, the assistant leading petty officer with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, goes over how to apply combat gauze during patient assessment at a medical seminar held at the U.S. Embassy, Feb. 21, 2014. Hopper is attached to the battalion aid station with BSRF-14, an annual rotation of forces to the Black Sea, whose mission is to promote regional stability and security, maintain partnerships and interoperability with partner nations, and are the crisis-contingency force in the Eastern European region.
