A runner tries to catch an Oompa Loompa during the Valentine’s Day Chocolate Run 5k hosted by the USO at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Feb. 15, 2013. The Oompa Loompa carried a “golden ticket” for the prize raffle at the end of the race.
