    Soldiers from Washington Army National Guard’s 176th Engineer Company assemble scaffolding while members of the Royal Thai Army and Malaysian Armed Forces start to lay the first pieces of roofing for a new schoolhouse Feb. 7 at the Ban Sa la Kai Fub School in Sukothai province, Kingdom of Thailand.
