U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Noe Duenas participates in the pillar raising ceremony at the Ban Tabaek Ngam School Jan. 30 during exercise Cobra Gold 2014 in Phitsanulok, Kingdom of Thailand. The location, known as site 2, is part of an engineering and civic assistance project. CG 14, in its 33rd iteration, demonstrates the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand’s commitment to their long-standing alliance and regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region. Duenas is a combat engineer with Engineer Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Marine Air Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
