Chief Builder Billy Harger helps an elderly man place a Commander, Naval Forces Japan lapel pin on his jacket during the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival, Feb. 6, 2014. Harger is the team leader of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is on Hokkaido Island, Japan taking part in the festival. The team sculpted a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to Sapporo to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors. The festival draws about two million spectators each year. (U.S. Navy photo by Senior Chief Mass Communication Specialist Daniel Sanford/Released)
