Georgia Guardsman breaks state powerlifting record and sets sights on Armed Forces records

U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Michael Lloyd of the 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia Air National Guard attempts a squat, Jan. 25, 2014, at the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, Ga. Lloyd broke four USA Powerlifting Georgia state records at the 2014 Winter Classic and Single Ply Invitational. He set a record for squat, bench press, three event total (squat, bench press, deadlift), and bench press only for the Masters Division in his weight class at his first powerlifting competition.
