Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 15 face off in a pugil-stick match over three feet of water during the regiment’s physical training competition aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 24, 2014. In addition to sparring with pugil sticks, the Marines participated in a boots and utilities formation run and competed in body jousting, an event in which Marines raced across a wet and soapy tarp with unit-decorated refrigerator boxes over their heads. The winner of the overall physical fitness competition was Maintenance Battalion.
