Mineman Seaman Andrew Handley, a native of Stroud, Okla., perseveres the driving snow as he shapes a portion of a snow sculpture, Jan. 31, 2014. Handley is a member of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is in Hokkaido, Japan taking part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team is sculpting a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo.
