Chief Builder Billy Harger, originally from Pearl City, Hawaii, saws off excess snow from a snow sculpture he is building, Jan. 31, 2014. Harger is the captain of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Team, which is taking part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team is attempting to sculpt a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee’s“ Fighting Bee” logo for the festival.
