Chief Builder Billy Harger, originally from Pearl City, Hawaii, and Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 2nd Class Alexianna Morton, a native of Antioch, Calif., work together to shape a snow sculpture, Jan. 30, 2014. Both sailors are members of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Team, which is in Sapporo to build a snow sculpture for the city’s 65th annual snow festival. The team is attempting to create a 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee’s “Fighting Bee” logo in time for the festival’s kick off. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to the festival to create a sculpture and to and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors.
