Officials Cut Ribbon on Apra Harbor Projects

Natsuhara, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Sadaaki Tabei, Deputy Director General for Realignment Initiatives, Joseph D. Ludovici, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Infrastructure Strategy and Analysis, and Chaplain Rean Enriquez, Command Chaplain of Naval Base Guam, stand for national anthems during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the completion of the first two Marine Corps relocation projects on Naval Base Guam, Jan 22, 2014. The USMC-funded Apra Harbor Wharf Improvement and the Government of Japan-funded USMC Welcome Center projects total more than $80 million in construction.
