Bud Cauley, a member of the PGA Tour and guest of honor, speaks during a morning colors ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Jan. 21. The Daytona Beach, Fla., native established the Bud Cauley Foundation in 2012 to raise awareness and funds for military-related charities and is an active supporter of Birdies for the Brave, another military outreach program. Both Cauley’s grandfather and father served as divers in the Navy.
