Coast Guard recruits from Echo Company 189 shovel snow aboard Training Center Cape May, N.J., so they can continue training in the 18 degree temperatures and 26 MPH winds Jan. 3, 2013, at 6 a.m. More than half of the recruits with Echo Company have never shoveled snow.
