Hattie Maiden, branch chief of network and transmission at the Network Enterprise Center on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, will start 2014 much differently than she has for the past 42 years and 11 months. Maiden will actually turn off the lights in her office at the NEC in Bldg. 205 for the final time Dec. 20, when she departs JBM-HH on holiday leave - 11 days ahead of the official end date of her career in government service.
