Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Antonio Harris, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3's Construction Civic Action Detail in Tonga, uses a brick saw to cut block for members of the Tonga Defense Force. The team is building a 710 square-meter community hall and disaster response center.
