MEDCOM inaugurates 'Jingle Walk' at DHA Headquarters

Maj. Kim Short, Health and Wellness, XO, was the Best Costume winner at the inaugural Jingle Walk hosted at OTSG/MEDCOM headquarters in Falls Church, Va. Participants accomplished almost 4000 steps before noon (2.19 miles), reaching nearly half of the activity benchmark of the Performance Triad initiative which focuses on sleep, activity, and nutrition as key actions that influence health in the Lifespace.
