MEDCOM inaugurates 'Jingle Walk' at DHA Headquarters

Maj. Christian Estrellado, with his unique take on the reindeer hat tradition, is ready to participate in the inaugural Jingle Walk hosted at OTSG/MEDCOM headquarters in Falls Church, Va. Participants accomplished almost 4000 steps before noon (2.19 miles), reaching nearly half of the activity benchmark of the Performance Triad initiative which focuses on sleep, activity, and nutrition as key actions that influence health in the Lifespace. Louis Smith, with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 44th Medical Command, at Green Ramp on Pope Air Force Base, N.C., after nearly a year of separation in the early morning hours of July 3.
