  • The 171st Air Refueling Wing hosts its eighth annual JROTC Day. Eight schools from the surrounding area participated in the event.  While nearly 250 cadets compete in ground events to include formation challenge, drill challenge, military history challenge, tug-o-war, and the push-up challenge, 50 senior cadets witness an aerial refueling during an orientation flight aboard one of the unit's KC-135 Stratotankers.
