    Coast Guard members conducted a pyrotechnics training and demonstration with local agencies including Monterio Fire Department and Bodega Bay Fire Department, at the mouth of the Russian River in Jenner, Calif., Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. The pyrotechnics training educated the public as how to properly identify a flare.
