SAN FRANCISCO BAY -- A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin aircrew lowers a rescue swimmer to a local tug crew during a training evolution in the San Francisco Bay, Aug. 2, 2012. In addition to providing valuable experience to Coast Guard aircrews and local boat crews, this training helps bolster relationships between the Coast Guard and possible first responders in a search-and-rescue case.
