FORT BRAGG, Calif. - The crew aboard a 47-foot Motor Lifeboat from Coast Guard Station Noyo River tow the disabled boat, Hedi O, through eight-foot rolling seas and heavy fog and into a safe harbor at Fort Bragg, Calif., Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012.
