Sector Anchorage change of command

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Coast Guard Capt. Paul Mehler III and Capt. Jason Fosdick render honors during the presentation of the National Ensign during the Sector Anchorage change of command ceremony held at the National Guard Armory on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Jun. 22, 2012.

During the ceremony, Mehler relieved Fosdick as commander of Sector Anchorage and as the Captain of the Port for Western Alaska.
