BARROW, Alaska - A Coast Guard 25-foot Response Boat - Small crewmember directs the safe launching of the boat into the Arctic Ocean off of Barrow July 26, 2011. The RBS crew launched their boat in preparation for a planned parachute deployment of Alaska Air National Guard pararescuemen into the Arctic Ocean; however, due to weather safety concerns the deployment was canceled.
