ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Troy Brevik, an Air Station Sitka aviation maintenance technician, is presented a plaque from Rear Adm. Christopher Colvin Feb. 18, 2011, in recognition of his being selected as the Alaska Coast Guardsman of the year.
