Military kids get free toys

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - 5-year-old Dana Lawrence picks out two toys, from more than 1,000, in the gymnasium at Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, Thursday, Mar. 25, 2010. Each child, from infant to 10, was able to choose two toys during an event organized by the Toy Industry Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to give free toys to kids of military families. Dana's dad, Petty Officer 2nd Class Brian Lawrence, and mom Stephanie and three siblings were at the toy give-away. The event occured during National Boys & Girls Club Week 2010.
