ATTU ISLAND, Alaska - Cmdr. Marc Sanders of Coast Guard Navigation Center Alexandria, Va., Chief Warrant Officer Jeff Rosenberg, commanding officer Loran Station Attu, and Cmdr. James Boyer of Coast Guard District 17 Waterways Management offer hearty congratulations to the current and former crew of Loran Station Attu for operating the Loran A and Loran C signals faithfully and in tolerance for 66 years Aug. 27, 2010, during the station's decommissioning ceremony.
