03/06/03, North Arabian Sea -Boatswain Mate First Class Dave Phillips, 34, of Savannah, Ga., a boarding officer off of the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Boutwell, homeported in Alameda Ca., patrols alongside the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Adak, a 110 foot patrol boat, homeported in Highlands, NJ.The Adak is on one of four 110 foot Coast Guard patrol boats in the Persian Gulf in suport of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
