The IMARV is an independent maritime response vessel out of Fort Totten, New York. Its missions can vary from search and rescue to law enforcement. During OpSail 2000 the IMARV crew was hard at work looking out for the safety of the boat crews and passengers. This young Coastie was securing the bumpers on the deck.
