LOS ANGELES, Calif. (May 30, 2003)--First Book and National Book Bank distribute books to inner-city children. The Coast Guard provides warehouse space for the books during transit and distribution. Many books distributed are a childs first book. SA J.D. Peacock presented childrrens books at the Book Expo along with many story-book characters at the Los Angeles Convention Center, May 30th.
