One of the role players from the Special Missions Training Center, Petty Officer Michael McDonald, gunner's mate, acts the part of the town drunkard during the Maritime Security Course held at Camp Lejeune, N.C. He acted as a distraction for other role players who were trying to set up sniper positions for the final attack on the compound.
