Brig. Gen. Belinda Pinckney, director of the Army diversity task force, discusses the Army's Diversity Vision with Lt. Gen. Pinckney came to U.S. Army Central Command as part of the Army Diversity Task Force, established by Secretary of the Army Pete Geren and Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. George W. Casey, Jr. The task force is developing a new Army Diversity Vision which will address the cultural needs of today's society while establishing a work environment that values what each person brings to the table.
